Job Summary:
The Leadership Development & Operations Associate is responsible for coordinating leadership initiatives, managing the VisionX learning ecosystem, supporting executive operations, and driving internship, onboarding, and employee development programs. The role bridges communication between senior leadership, HR, and employees while ensuring a consistent learning and development experience across the organization.
What You Will Do:
- Leadership Support
- Assist in innovation and internal development departments.
- Internship Program Management
- Deliver soft skills training, including communication, workplace etiquette, time management, presentation skills, teamwork, and professionalism.
- Coordinate technical and behavioral training calendars.
- Coordinate learning events, workshops, and awareness sessions.
- Maintain learning documentation and operational records. for onboarding support.

A Bachelor's degree in any field.
