🎯 Key Responsibilities
🌍 Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through Upwork and other platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients
- Understand client requirements and negotiate business opportunities
- Stay updated with the latest IT technologies and market trends
🤝 Sales & Client Management
- Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales activities
- Prepare proposals, quotations, estimations, and commercial documents
- Manage client communications and project follow-ups
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and opportunity tracking
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1.5–2.5 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or Client Handling
- Experience working with Upwork or similar freelancing platforms
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage international clients and multiple opportunities simultaneously
