🤖 About the Role
We're looking for an AI Automation Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to join our team in Ludhiana.
You'll design and implement AI-driven automation solutions, integrate LLMs, APIs, and business workflows, and build intelligent systems that improve operational efficiency. If you're passionate about automation, AI tools, and solving real-world business problems, we'd love to hear from you.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
⚙️ Automation & AI Solutions
- Design and implement automation workflows using Zapier, n8n, and Microsoft Power Automate
- Build API-driven integrations across multiple applications and business systems
- Identify manual processes and develop AI-powered automation solutions
- Optimize workflows for efficiency, scalability, and reliability
🤖 LLMs & AI Development
- Integrate OpenAI, Gemini, and other LLMs using REST APIs
- Develop RAG-based knowledge systems and AI-powered business solutions
- Build AI assistants, chatbots, and conversational workflows
- Perform Prompt Engineering to improve AI responses and accuracy
🚀 Deployment & Collaboration
- Deploy and maintain AI automation solutions in production
- Collaborate with Backend, Frontend, and DevOps teams
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI system performance
- Stay updated with the latest AI, automation, and LLM technologies
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in AI, Automation, or Backend Development
- Strong understanding of AI systems, APIs, and automation workflows
- Ability to work independently with an ownership mindset
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
