Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our team in Ludhiana. As a Senior MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for building responsive UIs using React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Redux Toolkit. You will also be involved in client communication, negotiation, code reviews, testing, bug fixes, and integrating Stripe for secure payment processing. If you have a passion for technology and a strong background in MongoDB, PostgreSQL, front-end, and back-end architecture, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Build responsive UIs with React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Redux Toolkit.
Communicate with clients and negotiate project requirements.
Conduct code reviews, testing, and bug fixes.
Integrate Stripe for secure payment processing.
Design and optimize MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases.
Implement front-end and back-end architecture best practices.

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Redux Toolkit.
Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL, including database design and optimization.
Excellent communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Node.js and Express.js.
Knowledge of GraphQL.
Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills.
