Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Executive to join our team in Ludhiana. In this role, you will be responsible for handling international clients, identifying new business opportunities on platforms like Upwork, coordinating pre-sales and post-sales activities, and preparing proposals and estimates.

This is a full-time role suitable for candidates with 1.5–2.5 years of experience in business development or client handling, who are proactive, communicative, and passionate about growing IT business relationships globally.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and negotiate deals
Utilize platforms such as Upwork to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Manage international client relationships, providing excellent service and support
Stay updated on latest IT technologies and market trends
Coordinate with the sales team for pre-sales and post-sales activities
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and project estimations
Maintain accurate records of client communications and project progress

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
1.5–2.5 years of experience in business development, client handling, or sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience with freelance and IT platforms like Upwork
Ability to manage international clients effectively

Preferred Skills

Proven track record of successful client communication and negotiation
Familiarity with latest IT technologies and trends
Experience in pre-sales and post-sales coordination
Excellent proposal writing and project estimation skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple opportunities efficiently
