Job Overview

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will create wireframes, UI screens, and prototypes for mobile, web, and dashboard designs while ensuring a consistent and user-friendly experience across projects. You should have a strong understanding of design systems and proficiency in tools such as Figma, Fig Jam / Miro, Illustrator, and Photoshop, along with good communication skills and familiarity with Notion, Jira, and Asana.

This is a full-time role suitable for designers with 1.5+ years of experience who are ready to contribute to impactful design projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Create wireframes, UI screens, and interactive prototypes for mobile, web, and dashboard projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency, usability, and visual quality
Implement feedback and iterate designs based on user testing, research, and stakeholder input
Stay up-to-date on design trends, tools, and best practices
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to deliver high-quality design solutions
Maintain design documentation and style guides to ensure scalability and consistency

Qualifications

Minimum 1.5 years of experience in UI/UX design
Proficiency in Figma, Fig Jam / Miro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Basic understanding of design systems and UX principles
Experience with project management and collaboration tools like Notion, Jira, and Asana
Strong visual design, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

Experience designing for mobile, web, and dashboard applications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and ability to iterate quickly
Knowledge of user research and usability testing methods

Good-to-Have

Understanding of HTML, CSS, or frontend development basics
Experience with design handoff tools like Zeplin or Avocode
Knowledge of motion design or interactive prototyping
Exposure to branding, iconography, and illustration design
