Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team in Ludhiana.

In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of Customer Support Executives, design KPIs to monitor performance, ensure high productivity and service quality, and handle escalated customer issues professionally. This is a leadership role for candidates with prior team management experience in customer support.

Key Responsibilities

Design KPIs and performance metrics for Customer Support team members
Provide leadership, guidance, and team-handling support
Ensure productivity and service quality across the team
Manage and mentor a team of Customer Support Executives
Resolve customer issues professionally and in a timely manner
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams in English
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive support

Preferred Skills

Proven experience in designing KPIs for a team
Prior experience managing a team of Customer Support Executives
Knowledge of customer support tools and software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
