Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer (5+ years experience) who is passionate about building high-performance backend systems and modern web applications.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering scalable solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work with international clients and handle pre-sales and post-sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end delivery of backend and full-stack components, ensuring timely, scalable, and high-quality releases

Design and develop robust Python-based services and APIs aligned with business and performance requirements
Collaborate closely with product managers, traders, operations, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
Build and maintain cloud-native applications optimized for reliability, security, and scalability on AWS
Drive architecture decisions, ensuring solutions follow best practices for performance, maintainability, and cost efficiency
Implement and enforce unit testing, code quality standards, and CI/CD pipelines
Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote engineering excellence within the team
Actively contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical documentation
Ensure smooth knowledge transfer through walkthroughs, demos, and clear technical documentation
Proactively identify risks, performance bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities before they impact delivery

Preferred Skills:

Python (strong proficiency; experience with FastAPI is a plus)
Frontend Frameworks: Next.js or React
Databases: PostgreSQL (schema design, performance tuning)
Cloud Platforms: AWS (RDS, EC2, ALB, MWAA exposure preferred)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Python development

Experience in client handling and pre-sales/post-sales coordination

Experience designing high-availability and low-latency systems
Understanding of security best practices in cloud and API design
Exposure to microservices and event-driven architectures
Ability to balance speed vs. stability in production environments
