Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant to join our team in Ludhiana. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our executive team, ensuring smooth scheduling, communications, and reporting. This is a full-time role for candidates with 0–1 year of experience who are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage executive calendars, appointments, and schedules
Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas and minutes
Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of executives
Perform data entry and record-keeping tasks accurately and efficiently
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Support executives in day-to-day administrative tasks

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
0–1 years of experience in an administrative or support role
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
